(12/14/2022 11:35 AM DT) INSTALL DRAIN TILE AND SOME PUMP SYSTEM IN CRAWL SPACE, COMPLETE RENOVATION OF ALL BATHROOMS, COMPLETE RENOVATION OF THE KITCHEN. INSTALL NEW HOT WATER HEATER AND FURNACE SYSTEM. REPLACE ROOF AND EXTERIOR TRIM, INSTALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS, NEW FLOORS, PAINT IN THE INTERIOR, REPLACE DRYWALL AND ISOLATE FROM MOLD AS NEEDED. REPLACE /REPAIR ROTTEN WOOD IN FLOORS, WALLS, AND ROOF AS NEEDED. REPLACE/REPAIR FENCE, REPAIR DECK BOARDS ON FRONT STEPS.
(12/28/2022 9:20 AM AK) 1. Trades require separate permits and inspections. 2. All areas that have mold must have drywall, insulation and framing removed or cleaned. 3. All exposed or wet insulation shall be replaced with new insulation. Ceiling = R49, Walls = R20, Floors = R19. 4. Before any areas are covered up a framing inspection will be required. 5. Bathroms and kitchen shall be vented to the exterior. 6. Provide smoke and carbom monoxide alarms per 2019 IRC R314 and R315. 7. If renovation areas exceed 50% full residential sprinklers may be required. Call for a Progress Inspection if needed.
